Actually I don't have so strong reasons.
If I correctly understand, spec-files is for GNOME modules and spec-files-other 
is for none GNOME.
Currently SUNWgnome-l10nmessages* are installed by default in bootable CD but 
SUNWdesktop-other-l10n* are not.
Personally I'd like to clarify the usage of spec-files-other.
If spec-files-other would be for Indiana, probably spec-files/indiana/* could 
be moved to spec-files-other?
