gtkhtml-editor-test is a light-weight html editor for test-

Could be a bit more clear about what "testing libgtkhtml-editor"
means. Is the intent that it helps people test something that
they may have written to the libgtkhtml-editor interfaces?

The word "ultimate" doesn't sound very professional. Perhaps "It is
not designed to be a fully featured HTML browser/editor;" would
sound better.
