- FF3 as default browser for vermillion-devel : +1

I agree with making FF3 the default in our vermillion-devel builds of 
JDS to catch bugs
etc, this is exactly what the devel build tree is for.... developing to 
HEAD...

- FF3 as default browser for vermillion-stable : -1

Until FF3 is stable and has passed a full set of integration test, I'd 
be slow to make FF3 the
default for vermillion-stable e.g. nevada.  Once it has become stable 
then obviously this
is the route to take.
