It seems you would test it by running: gvfs-mount cdda://sr0 This was discussed last December on gtk-devel-list: http://mail.gnome.org/archives/gtk-devel-list/2007-December/msg00204.html If you read the thread, it seems the GNOME community wasn't in strong agreement that this is plugin very useful, so I wouldn't complain if we decide to not support this feature on Solaris. However, I think we should base our decision on the community discussion. Brian
