The purpose is to extract Sun specific messages on GUI. CLI warning messages don't have to be translated but we need translations with visible GUI. I'ld like to extract the Sun specific message strings.
case1: if the patch include "fooA" and the community module does not have the string "fooA", "SUN_BRANDING" comment is added in the above line so that intltoo-update can extract the string together with the comment "SUN_BRANDING". case2: if the patch includes "fooB" and the community module also includes "fooB", it does not need to be extracted because community already has the string and the strings could be localized by community .po files.
