This patch adds a %with_cd option to the SUNWgnome-media-apps.spec file so that users can build with gnome-cd if they want. By default this is turned off since we don't ship it. This makes it easier to rebuild with gnome-cd if we want to test it.
Also updated the gnome-media-04-cdda.diff patch with code from SVN head that makes gnome-cd work out-of-the-box. This patch will go away with the next update of gnome-media.
