Hi Laca, The main reason was timing - we went with Gksu 1 and it was too late to change to the latest when integrating - I've asked Jim to look into what is needed to move to Gksu V2 - the main issue up front is that the code has been considerably restructured so we cannot simply apply the patches, they will need porting.
