The svn diffs attached make '--without-apoc-adapter' the default for
building Firefox.
Reason is that for non-sun people in the community who compile from
specs the firefox package will always fail building by default.
I read an email from Alvaro Lopez Ortega dated May 8th that he offered
a similar patch.

Additionally the options.inc file has the option_with_apoc_adapter and
option_without_apoc_adapter definitions, which other specs can
validate against.
