hi, All 
        
        The attached is the patch for enabling personal dictionary
        support for
        Enchant Myspell backend so that after switching to use enchant
        myspell
        backend. This also make the EOL of Aspell successful by
        converting the
        personal dict of Aspell into Myspell format, at the first time
        Enchant
        was launched by the user. 
        
        This fixes bug 6529848 and 6529853.
