Update to patch gnome-keyring-manager-01-Wall-remove.diff, so that it
selectively
adds the -W compiler flags only if compiling with the gcc compiler. This
is the only
likely way to get this patch upstream. Has already been logged in bugzilla :
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=386240
Also change the spec file gnome-keyring-manager.spec to perform
necessary autofoo
work to regenerate configure from the newly patched configure.ac
