Here is the final patch for updating gnome-cleanup so it archives the 
user's $HOME configuration files to a tarball in /tmp.  The tarball
name includes the userid and a date-stamp so if gnome-cleanup is run
multiple times, the files won't stomp each other.

The patch also updates the messages shown to the user after cleaning
up the files to inform them about the existence of this file and
related issues.
