To fix doo bug #4714, which causes a core file to be created in the user's $HOME directory, fixing GDM so that it's service depends on HAL corrects the problem. Note this only affects some user situations, like when HAL is so busy checking a floppy drive that it is slower to start. Normally HAL does start before the GDM service. But this change ensures that HAL will always start before GDM.
