Attached are changes in spec files, creating new base-specs and updating
existing SUNWpython* specs to use this, and adding new SUNWpython25* specs.
The updated modules are:
python-imaging (also bumped to use 0.17 from 0.16)
python-zope-interface
python-twisted-web2
python-xdg
python-twisted
