Hey,

I took a look at updating the find-latest-versions.sh script since it was
requiring the MAINTAINERS file that we didn't use anymore. It only checks the
GNOME components, since those are the ones with a reasonably standard FTP 
location.

It could be improved (my bash knowledge is limited) to pick up on the Owner: to
show you the components you need to update.

In combination with this, I've fixed up a few URLs, and done away with the
%{?cvs:....} crap - we're not using this anymore, so let's get rid of it.
