I think we still need some form of dependency. If we don't, we do not 
get current default papi backend since that was part of SUNWgtk2. That 
makes it one step backwards.

Making the package that contains libpapi.so to depend on 
SUNWgtk2-print-papi seems wrong in the order of dependency, but seems 
right logically.

How about making SUNWgnome-text-editor to depend on SUNWgtk2-print-papi 
for now?
When CUPS becomes default, change that dependency of to SUNWgtk2-print-cups.
Seems like lots of little steps, but logically and functionally correct.
