Thanks for the comments.  I updated the manpages as you suggested.

So now I think the only remaining issue is whether we should be
exposing the CK_SESSION_IS_DYNAMIC environment variable in the
ConsoleKit patch and in the console-kit-daemon manpage.  Any update
on this?
