IIRC we choose Confluence because we might use it for the site. We're
not going to AFAIK so before we input content; what are your thoughts on
MoinMoin?
As long as Confluence is not used for the public site we can make it
publicly editable.
I don't have any strong feelings about MoinMoin or Confluence.
