I think that the documentation might as well go straight to the jena web
site on Apache. Let's plan for success here - we ought to move to
Apache infrastructure ASAP. Material on openjena.org/wiki will need
converting -- may be it's a trivial task, maybe it's not (I don't know)
but why risk it? And openjena.org/wiki isn't well backed up.
