Thank you Karl. By the way, the patch is for RDB which is still shipped with
Jena for legacy applications. It is deprecated for new development.
Have you considered SDB?
Have you checked if a similar improvement could be applied there (if at all
necessary)?
Is there any particular reason why you are using RDB instead of SDB (or TDB)?
