For no reason I can determine, this is failing on windows1 with a
Jenkins internal error but it passes on Ubuntu (3 at least).

Maybe its am installation error, maybe it's a Jenkins bug.
I'll try to configured to only run on ubuntu1, 2 or 3 for now - same for
downstream jobs.
