Simon Helsen commented on JENA-93:
----------------------------------

I am concerned that our (IBM) use cases are not accepted by the Jena community.
The javadoc in the code says things like "useful for debugging". We discussed
at length why in some cases, a partial result set is quite legitimate.

> Currently, there is a global static variable
> queryExecutionBase.cancelAllowDrain to permit partial results on cancelled
> queries.
> We would need this ability to be determinable on a per-query basis since we
> have to mix both use-cases on our back-end and a the same time.
