That would be good. Are you planning to have an option to enable transactions in Fuseki? Even if it's an internal flag and we need to recompile to enable it, that would be good for us. It is also another route to test transaction support in TDB. I think here the concern on the consequences on the TDB indexes in case Fuseki is shutdown not cleanly or before sync on disk. If we create a JIRA on this, I'd be happy to help.
