Thanks very much for converting this Ian. Only noticed two issues:

* There are numerous tildes in the 'Vocabulary' section (looks like
they were originally definition lists?)

* Minor typo / thinko has been faithfully converted ('DISTINCT because
new nodes may contain duplicates' s/nodes/triples)

Nothing in there is really out of date, but some sections could
probably be merged or even removed, e.g.
