Attached patches fix the warnings. Havn't created them analogously for pom1.xml
as I consider them deprecated anyway. Similarly, don't know whether other
projects should be updated analogously as I'm only using Jena-core, ARQ.
Finally, sorry for the accompanying noise - I'm using Eclipse auto cleanup
settings that remove trailing whitespace.
