The Jenkins builds will be broken until I can fix up the POMs to work
with a consisten, visible set of artifacts.
The problem is that the POMs changed for the release artifacts but the
deployed artifacts are in staging, which isn't visible. This includes
the parent which breaks everything. The build queue is very busy at the
moment.
Adding staging everywhere would have to be undone later so I will fix
the builds to work on new snapshots when I have time, then back them
down to the released artifacts when a vote is successful.
