Sorry to be a nuisance but the attached files don't have the "Grant to ASF"
flag set.
When you attach them, there's a check box, which defaults to not checked,
saying that you are granting license to Apache to redistribute the files under
the Apache License.
We can't use the files in codebase unless that's done as we do not have the
necessary rights to reuse the files.
(see under the "Attachments" section above - the drop down on the right-hand
side has a "manage attachments" choice and that gives full details of the
attachements)
Could you reattach them with that flag set? Thanks.
