I found some problems with the build. The build didn't contain a
distribution zip but that contains some scripts. The change only
happened very recently so hasn't been signalled to users properly in my
opinion.
So I'm going to redo the build with the zip distribution included.
There are ways to fudge it but they are more trouble than redoing the build.
Nothing else should change.
