Hi Lewis,

the code example available under
http://jena.sourceforge.net/examples/class-hierarchy/index.html is a got
example for my intention to list all classes/instances.

Thank you for your help anyhow!

Regards,

Marco

Betreff: RE: Jena OWL API and Graph Interface

Supposing that instance:name and instance:URI for every distinct instance of a
given class was the only data we require from our OntModel, it is this specific
code from the that you require from the API. I am unfamiliar with the code,
hopefully someone can help with this one.

Apologies I can't be of anymore help.

Subject: Re: Jena OWL API and Graph Interface

Hi Lewis,

You are right, my explanation was quite short. My idea is to list all instances
of classes in order to use their name and their URI for the Semantic Annotation
of Metadata of Geographic Data. These metadata comply to the ISO 19115/19119
standard and contain a keywords element, in which one can store a name of the
keyword and the name and/or URI of the based ontology or taxonomy.

Do you know now, what I would like to do? (I guess it is a simple thing, but
I'm new in this branch.)

And thank you for the link to the code example!

Best regards,

Marco
