In general (not just you). Please, don't try to outsource your University

Suppose the project is the application, not how to install software or grok Eclipse or run examples.

Too much technology is too hard to use - it take too much time and investment from the clever user to engage with the nitty gritty details of technologies just to get to the thing they are trying to do.

Like installing and managing ruby gems.

(this is not (just) RDF - e.g. Eclipse, maven, Linux - features only ever get added, not consolidated or replaced)

Hii,

This is Pavan Tej, from the University of Illinois at Chicago. I need to
develop a semantic application. I first imported the jena libraries in
eclipse. Can anyone tell me what are the next steps to be taken. Or provide
any source to learn about how to proceed with things. I am having the basic
knowledge about RDFs and the models.
