Config page is loosing fitnesse host on edit
Following commit f7aea0e7c7573e511fe2e399daa480d7e9d5bf58, whenever the config
page is opened, the fitnesse host field is emptied. This commit fixes the
problem by reintroducing the getFitnesseHost() method used inside config.jelly
