Created a method to fully synchronise all nodes on a WebSphere Network
Deployment.

full resynchronise before start artifact
Before starting an application, the node on which it was deployed needs to be
synchronised, otherwise the deployment manager has no idea, that there is a
deployed application. This can be simulated through manual deployment of an
application aswell.

Merge pull request #14 from molnare/master
@molnare merged full synchronized nodes, will add this as an option for
non-clustered deployments in the configuration
