Behave properly when using Surefire excludedGroups (i.e. @Category).
To reproduce SUREFIRE-974 prior to this fix, pick an arbitrary group class to
(not) exclude:
mvn -f test/pom.xml -Dtest=CoreJellyTest -DexcludedGroups=hudson.ExtensionPoint
