Fix structs 1.20 CredentialsUserRemoteConfigTest
The Pipeline job defined in the test incorrectly provided additional
unrecognized arguments in userRemoteConfigs. The extra arguments were
ignored silently until structs 1.20. The structs 1.20 release makes it
an error to provide unrecognized arguments.
