Update dependencies (#58)
* Upgrade StatsD client dependency
It contains minor bugfixes.
* Replace github-api jar with plugin dependency
The github-api plugin packages the github-api jar, so it can be reused
by multipe plugins. This reduces the plugin size and risk of classloader
problems. See https://plugins.jenkins.io/github-api.
* Upgrade parent pom
This might contain some new useful features & fixes.
