  Author: Mark Waite <[email protected]>
  Date: 2020-05-03 (Sun, 03 May 2020)

  Changed paths:
    M content/doc/book/installing/_docker-for-tutorials.adoc

  Log Message:
  -----------
Use the same docker image name in Windows as Linux

Both should be named 'jenkins-tutorial' because that is the image name
used in the instructions to start the image, stop the image, and read
the image logs.

  Log Message:
  -----------
Clarify the docker exec command example

No need to describe adding a --name argument to the docker command.
That is already done in the tutorial and is used in other examples to
assist the reader.
