Remove redundant unit tests
- Dependency setup tests superseded by CoreVersionIntegrationSpec
- Repository setup tests -> ConfigureRepositoriesIntegrationSpec
- Publishing setup tests -> ConfigurePublishingIntegrationSpec
- Localizer setup tests -> JpiLocalizerTaskIntegrationSpec
- Task setup tests -> JpiIntegrationSpec
