Actually, let's just kill this brain dead mojo right now
- Intentionally breaking change, the goal should *never* have been introduced
in the first
place and bundle-plugins is the more correct way to do it.
- The fully correct way to do it will have to wait for me to rewrite the hpi
plugin
as there is just so much wrong about how this plugin works.
