Add Gitea demo configuration for jobs (#1791)
* Add Gitea demo configuration for jobs
* Add missing Gitea configuration test
* Rename existing server configuration test
* WIP: Gitea organisation test
* Fix + extend Gitea organization folder test
Requires `branch-api` plugin to be loaded. All the other plugins added
along with it are dependencies.
