A content/images/logos/captain/256.png

Log Message:
-----------
Add Captain artwork by Mehdi-BR (#5363)
* Create CaptainJenkins.yaml
* Make logos relative paths (so gatsby can find them) (jenkins-infra#4684)
* Make logos relative paths (so gatsby can find them) (jenkins-infra#4684)
* Make logos relative paths (so gatsby can find them) (jenkins-infra#4684)
* Make logos relative paths (so gatsby can find them) (jenkins-infra#4684)
* Use same naming convention as other artwork
Lower case letters in the name
Don't include "Jenkins" in the name (because Jenkins is inferred for all
the images)
Name the small image `256.png` and make it 256 pixels wide
Add the leading three dashes in the YAML file
Name the YAML file with `yml` suffix rather than `yaml`
Confirmed with `make run` that the image renders in artwork page
