Updates parent pom to 4.51
command used (but upgrades to 4.53 at the moment):
JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib/jvm/java-1.8.0-openjdk-amd64
/opt/maven/apache-maven-3.8.4/bin/mvn -Pjenkins versions:update-parent
4.53 fails with UnsupportedClassVersionError
