[doc/developer/handling-requests] Modernize JSON HTTP API documentation
(#5976)
It's me again with the improvements to the same page.
- Make code examples with tests and curl working
- Improve imports
- Modernize to JUnit 5 and use Hamcrest Matchers to make it more
readable (personally I prefer AssertJ, but Hamcrest is available
out-of-the-box by jenkins-test-harness)
- Fix typos and grammar
