feat: adds a new parameter to specify a custom version for the embedded
cli-scanner (#78)
* add ability to pass specific version of secure cli
* add radio buttons to pass cli version
* update warning message and check for empty version
* Add the option to override global scan version
* clean up log message
* fix spacing and remove comments
* Remove latest option and default version applied
