  Update the design of the Blog page (#6229)

This PR updates the design of the Jenkins blog.

* Introduces large thumbnails powered by the post's OpenGraph image
* Lazy loads images (thumbnails and user avatars)
* Avatars can now collapse if space isn't available
* Refreshed events design
