Fixed issue where no line were being published in the slow-requests.
According to
http://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/api/java/lang/management/ThreadMXBean.html#getThreadInfo(long),
the default getThreadInfo method returns a depth size of 0, so slow-requests
were incomplete.
