Update Pomerium reverse proxy guide (#7078)
* Reverse Proxy additional guide
Adding a link to Pomerium proxy's guide on securing Jenkins. Let me know if the
guide should be fully imported instead and I will make further changes, but
this will eventually result in two guides needing updates.
* Remove extra white space
* Include Pomerium proxy in left side nav and in index page
Keep all the reverse proxies in a similar format in the documentation.
* Level 1 headings only allowed as first entry
* Update reverse-proxy-configuration-pomerium.adoc
