Fix 'documentation missing' wiki override URLs.
Since the UC is now more strict about URL matching, of course query strings in
the URL no longer match an existing wiki page. So I'm removing this, as it was
just a nice-to-have (and fixing the UC code to handle that would not be entirely
straightforward).

Remove workflow-* plugin wiki overrides.
Version 1.7 has been released for each plugin, with a valid wiki URL.
Even although LTS versions <= 1.580 can only see version 1.4 of these plugins,
which do not have a wiki URL, they will not be excluded from the UC, as LTS
versions are (currently) allowed to exist without a valid wiki URL.
