add get_slaveagent_port()/set_slaveagent_port() methods to puppet_helper
These methods may be used to get/set the portnumber for the slave agent. Eg.:
java -jar /usr/lib/jenkins/jenkins-cli.jar -s http://localhost:8080 groovy
/usr/lib/jenkins/puppet_helper.groovy get_slaveagent_port
java -jar /usr/lib/jenkins/jenkins-cli.jar -s http://localhost:8080 groovy
/usr/lib/jenkins/puppet_helper.groovy set_slaveagent_port 42
