Remove useless MultiBranchProjectDescriptor#getSCMDescriptors() API.
SingleSCMSource's config-detail.jelly uses
SingleSCMSource.DescriptorImpl#getSCMDescriptors(SCMSourceOwner),
contrary to the Javadoc on the method removed by this commit.
