* added info about executors
new section describes the difference between flyweight and heavyweight
executors
* added caveat about not putting input primitive within a node
per best practice conversation between Jesse G. and Keith Z, it seemed
good to mention that input should not be within a node block
* includes edits suggested by Tyler
Fixed errant reference to Jenkins 2 and subbed step for command per
suggestion
