Noting issue with AbstractGitSCMSource more clearly.
Seems too minor to file as a defect at this point; orphaning from branch
indexing does work,
and with a fix of JENKINS-35144 manual builds after orphaning would be
impossible too,
so the only observable case would be a manual build prior to indexing.
